Pavel Scerbakov presented an award in one of the main nominations of the ceremony RAU Awards 2021
For the second year in a row, C4R is a partner of the Association of Retailers of Ukraine (RAU), which unites more than 100 retail companies. The Association grows and is strengthened by new members. This year RAU turned 8 years old, and the award ceremony was the fifth.
The guests of the event were top management and heads of companies that play a key role in the development of retail trade in the country. The awarding ceremony took place on the roof of the Central Department Store. An unusual place for the ceremony and an interesting dress code emphasized the solemnity of the event.
The best retail companies competed for victory in 35 nominations. Pavel Scerbakov, CEO and founder of Consulting for Retail (C4R), presented one of the main nominations of the ceremony - “Person of the Year in Retail”. The winner was Alexey Grishko, General Director of LC Waikiki in Ukraine.
The winner was determined in several stages. The candidates were proposed by the members of the Expert Council. Together with Pavel, the council included owners and top managers of leading retail companies, consulting companies and authoritative market experts. About who will be the winner - the intrigue persisted until the last moment. And only according to the results of the voting of the guests of the event, the hosts announced the name.
The award ceremony is a significant event and an opportunity to celebrate the achievements in the development of Ukrainian retail, market and country. And we fully support the very idea of such events and nominations, since the mission of Consulting for Retail is to bring business growth to its customers through in-depth audit and consulting of business processes, through the implementation of effective IT solutions in retail, distribution and logistics.
