C4R and "Kopiyochka" talked about a successful case within the XXVI Ukrainian Day of the Logist

XXVI Ukrainian Day of Logist is a large platform for meeting industry specialists. The Consulting for Retail team completely immersed themselves in the atmosphere of live communication with industry representatives, directors, and logistics managers of large enterprises and retail chains.

The head of the logistics department at C4R Vladimir Adamov and the IT director of a large retail network in Western Ukraine "Kopiyochka" Lyubomir Kalyn made a joint report - "How to launch deliveries from a new DC to 250+ stores in 3 months." The experts shared their experience in implementing the project and solving complex problems for our client. The topic of the report was an unusual WMS implementation case in a warehouse in a short time.

Vladimir Adamov raised an important topic for business - the launch of his delivery channel. He also considered the simplest ways to organize it using 3PL operators and the specifics of launching delivery under business operational control. He shared his experience in launching a distribution center (DC) for a retail network, and ideas for transforming the supply chain in practice, optimizing logistics processes, and distributing inventory.

In turn, Lyubomir Kalyn revealed the project for the implementation of WMS from the client's side: what tasks the retailer set for himself, what were the criteria for choosing a partner, what goals were identified after the implementation of the C4R solution. The main focus of the speakers was on the importance of support from the own IT department of the retail network. Therefore, during the implementation of the project, one of the main goals of the network was to build its center of competence and deepen skills in the future.
