C4R taking part in the project of category management for the Dutch DIY network Hubo stores.

Consulting for Retail, in collaboration with the Dutch consultancy company Category & Trade Company, launched an integration project in the Hubo DIY store chain, which has more than 200 stores in the Netherlands.

The project team, which includes specialists and consultants from C4R, has the following tasks:

- improve data exchange and information processing speed when working with planograms;

- automate information transfer between the customer’s ERP system and the system for creating and managing space planning planograms;

- improve the interaction of category managers and space planners of Hubo.

Such a cooperation became possible thanks to the high competence of C4R category management specialists and the trust of partners, which the team of Consulting for Retail confirms with many successful projects over the past 5 years.
